I know the previous Lolita swaps have been popular, and I participated in the last one, but to be honest, I sent out a skirt, and received some headbands and earrings in return, and I'd been hoping for something more wearable. So my next thought was, why not just make a swap specifically for expanding each others' wardrobes!

So this time around, how about a skirt swap?

Everyone specifies one style of Lolita they want, and gives say, four color-combinations that would really help out their wardrobes! (After all, we all know how important color-coordination within an outfit can be)

If we want to be a bit more budget friendly, I could also ask what colors people are able to provide from stash fabric, and match people up as best as I can that way, but maybe that would be too complicated. :/

If someone has a skirt or jsk around they want to get rid of, that could also be an option. They can describe it, post some pics, and if someone wants it, that can substitute for making them a skirt. Just a thought.

Also, do you think it might be better as a 'skirt swap', or a 'skirt or jsk swap', or a 'skirt + head accessory swap'? I hate to demand a whole outfit from each swapper, but a skirt + headbow/headdress would be quite doable, right?

C+C appreciated Cheesy

EDIT: ok, so it's been a few days, and I'm not getting any responses, so is anyone interested in doing this swap? If not, I'll post on the EGL boards and drum up some more interest.

Also, what would be a good time frame for constructing the skirts? How much time would everyone want? Two weeks? 3? A full month?

Feedback would really be appreciated, especially as I know this is a niche fashion, so anyone actually interested in Lolita, let me know!

I do personal swaps! Especially of Lolita, Hime-gyaru, and fairy-kei related items!
