Tonight she's out to lose herself
And find a high on Peachtree Street
From mixed drinks to techno beats it's always
Heavy into everything....

...She's always buzzing just like
Neon, neon
Neon, neon

Who knows how long, how long, how long
She can go before she burns away?

so, that was my inspiration, song's by john mayer.
i got the idea at 4 am! i only fell asleep at two, but the dog kept me up till 5, and when i finally fell asleep, I had nightmares of burnings mansions and faceless people. (My family! with no face!)
this is 100% paper. Excluding glue and foam squares.
My first paper project other than your average cards/scrapbooking.
this was done in many, many, many layers, of tiny little spikes. some layers pop out with foam!
It was difficult to cut, especially since i use scissors and not a knife, and my arms and shoulders are REALLY sore from yesterday. (martial arts, though i don't know why, we only did kicks?)
it's pretty small actually, slightly taller than your average gluestick.

EDIT: I've decided to leave her as is. Thanks for the help!
now I need your opinion, should i add eyes? a nose? leave it be?

and should i add something to the neck? the top of a shirt, made of ripped washi paper, so it ends more smoothly than a cut?

comments and constructive crits. welcome.

She's lovely. I think you should leave her as she is, it leaves a little to the imaginaton, if you get me.  Cheesy

I'm just a bit doubtful, because, like I said, i had nightmares of faceless people. *shudders*

Ooo, I know how you feel.
Try putting sunglasses on in the same colour as her pink part of her hair, that would look cool!  Grin

I'd leave it as-is. It's definitely interesting and unique.
p.s. I haven't heard that song in FOR-EV-ER!

Gorgeous! I love it. Of course I am a huge fan of fiery redheads, so. ;P Yeah I think you should keep it as-is, of course I'm always a fan of simplicity anyway. If it was me I'd be afraid I wouldn't like it if I added something else to it. ^^;
