Do people ever swap decorative papers?

You know those huge blocks of paper that you can buy at crafts stores, that come with a million different patterns.  Do people ever swap some of these papers?  I think it would be fun.  I just opened a block, and there are some papers I am not terribly fond of, but I am sure some people may very much enjoy.  Has this been done before?

I'm not sure, but with 6 or so years of swapping I'm sure I've missed things.
