Blueberry Fairy Godmother

This fine lady is a fairy godmother to blueberries. I don't know exactly why blueberries need fairy godmothers but there are loads of things I don't understand so I'll just go with it. Anyway, she comes out at night and shoos away critters that eat more than their fair share from bluenerry bushes... as critters often do. I understand that she also likes to chat with fireflies. But really, who doesn't?

Here's a detail of her toadstools and glittery wand. The moss is moss... no papery goodness there I'm afraid.



And here she is all gussied up in her vintage Italian frame (I love these things! Yay for "junk" shops!)



The frame size is 4" wide x 5.5". The actual collage part is just 2.75" x 3.75"
