Wonderful package! Love the colour scheme.
You got something very similar to what I made for missing willow...

That really is an epic shawl! No wonder your mom is already fighting you for it!

I've never thought of making my own trim like that. You could so easily do it. I don't crochet, though I suspect only minimal skill is needed for that kind of work, but it would be easy enough to add the beads, sequins, etc. onto commercially-made lace. Hmmm...

I'm soooo glad you liked everything!! I was so worried that everything wouldn't fit (I'm terrible with sizes, even for my self!) and that the mirror would break while being handled by the dear post people. You just made me soooo happy! lol

Sending a large mirror through the mail is like asking for trouble, but it was so worth it! What a lot of lovely stuff in a little package!

I finally figured out what was wrong with my camera so I can show off the lovely package Leveecat sent me! (This was her first swap too! She did an amazing job)

First this wonderful crocheted basket with a lid

and inside, face cloths! I love using these!

Then there was this amazing embroidered lantern. I hung it in my bedroom right away- I'll try to get an "action shot" with the candle lit tonight.

Isn't it cool? I love it so much.

Then there was this beautiful shawl. I'll be wearing it to work often.

and finally she made me this extra, which is my favorite, I think.

It's a rose necklace that's totally my style! I'll get my hubs to take some action shots tonight so you can all see how cool it is on. I've already gotten some compliments on it, Leveecat! Thank you so much!
