My friends were having a baby. he is from Australia and she is Canadian.  i saw this colorway of yarn and saw some of the blankets knit out of it and KNEW it had to be done and it is MAGNIFICENT!  definitely letting the aussie represent here.

Ravlery page link http://www.ravelry.com/projects/spirals420/ten-stitch-twist
the yarn is Kauni Wool 8/2 Effektgarn
and the pattern is Ten Stitch Twist by Frankie Brown

and i also made this!

pattern is Baktus scarf by Strikkelise
Ravelry link is http://www.ravelry.com/projects/spirals420/baktus-scarf
the yarn used is Noro Kureyon sock yarn and it took up pretty much the whole thing.. wooot!!! so pretty. giving this one away but making one for myself!

i am also currently knitting my own version of Gasteropoda by Kristi Geraci
i am too cheap to buy the pattern and i knew after doing the spiral blanket i could figure this out... its turning out AWESOMELY!!!!!!!!! so cool!!!!

using Noro sock yarn again

You've been busy!! Wow - everything is totally amazing. The rug is just blowing me away! I can't stop looking at it. The colors are fantastic. How long did it take you to complete?

That blanket is gorgeous! One of the coolest uses of Noro I've seen.

That blanket blows my mind! How have I not seen that before?!?! What a great pattern to go with long repeat vareigated yarns!! I think I must add this to my queue!

The striping also works really well for your Baktus and I just love your armwarmers! They look super cozy!

Great work and thanks for sharing!

The blanket is amazing!  I found the pattern on ravelry and I just recently got some REALLY pretty yarn from AC Moore that would make an amazing version of this blanket (I think).   Cheesy  Thanks for posting your projects!

Ohhh, I just added that blanket to my favorites on Ravelry today. I can't wait to do something with it. Yours is wonderful!

Also, I have some Noro sock yarn on the way!! I have heard wonderful things and found someone on Ravelry selling it for a good price and couldn't resist.
