My mom and I recently took a stained glass class at a local stained glass store. It was four weeks long. In the first week we learned how to cut, grind, foil, flux, solder and finish our pieces and we got to make a bird.

Over the next three weeks we got to make a panel. This one is mine. The colours are a lot brighter, but it's been thunder storming here and it's rather dark.

My mom made a blue lily I believe. I will try to add a picture when I can get one of hers. She left the solder and channel silver.

I am! My mom and I just bought all the equipment to be able to do stained glass at home. We are planning on making suncatchers or small panels for family members for christmas.
This is her panel

Very nice for first pieces!!

This isn't Kansas, and I'm not wearing red shoes.
