Well last weekend was Metrocon, an anime convention, and I'd been dieing to go as sailor Jupiter from Sailor moon! So literally the day or two before the convention, I grabbed together my materials and whipped up this sailor Jupiter cosplay! I stayed up late making it. It's definitely not exact in anyway but I like it. I Left out the gloves and hip roll since I was stressed on  time but I think considering it's my first major sewing experiment it  came out okay! Although I didn't come out of it unscathed, I burnt myself with the iron while making the butt bow and stabbed myself quite a few times. Lol
Here's 2 crappy pics of it: Ignore my weird face and cruddy posture lol (It's also a lil wrinkled since I took this pic after i got home at like 11)

If anybody wants, though I doubt it - lol, I'll add some better pics later.

Ah, too cute.
I remember when I was little I loved Mars.....because I loved the color purple...never watched the cartoon a day in my life.
Lol, just liked her because she was "the purple girl".....haha, sad.
Nice costume.

Hey! I think you did a wonderful job! I have mad respect for anyone who dare attempt sewing a costume let alone having it come out this recognizable Smiley

Where have I been? Finally had me some kids. Now they're toddlers.
