Here are the pics (finally) of the package I sent my partner, haroldlovesmaude:

A Club G.R.O.S.S. treasure box, hand-painted and decoupaged inside with some funny C&H strips:

Hobbes Doll, hand-painted. He's more of an art doll. He's real cute, if I do say so myself:

A Morbid Dead Snowman picture holder (made of polymer clay:

A mutant 2-headed snowman magnet (polymer clay):

I had a lot of fun crafting for this swap. Such cute stuff in this gallery!

beckashell, fingerpistol thank you so much ^_^  It was a fun painting to do!

shinydemon- I am so glad to hear you like your package, thanks for being such an awesome partner!  I had so much fun!

I do have one last photo for you, the day I packed the crafts for mailing, my friend was over with her dog.  The dog pulled Hobbes out of the box and thus started a long and drawn out battle.  I can only imagine Hobbes' horror in being beaten up by such a small dog...

I received an AMAZING angel package from nmcakemom07 a few days ago, and I have to apologize for not posting pictures of everything yet. I promise I'll get them up tomorrow so you can see all the awesome things she made. Smiley

As promised, here are the pictures of the awesome angel package from nmcakemom07!

First, a crocheted skull cap with Hobbes' eyes and face:

And the most adorable Hobbes doll ever!

A necklace with a highly amusing picture of Calvin on it. I laughed when I saw it (in a good way, of course!).

There were also several sheets of stationary with both Calvin and Hobbes on it...

And a bag with Calvin on one side and Hobbes on the other:

I don't know what technique she used, but they look great! I fully intend on bringing this to school tomorrow. Grin

And my favorite item of all- a heat pack with little Hobbes pictures on it!

I started field hockey on Saturday and this has already saved my poor legs more times than I can count! Cheesy

And last but not least, the extras:

(Okay, so the Gobstopper box is mostly empty now, but you get the idea... Wink )

Thank you SO much for the package, nmcakemom! Everything is so amazing, my little sister was jealous when she saw what I got! Cheesy

Willowe,
I am so glad that you liked your package, I had a blast with this entire swap.
The bag was stenciled with freezer paper, blocking the outline of the character first.  I painted the inside of the outline first, then removed the stencil, and went back over the outline with black fabric marker. Kind of a reverse stencil if you will.  My sister in law saw the bag and the therapy pillow while I was making them and now I have another 2 projects to add to my list. LOL.  Thanks for the angel opportunity again.  I'm all warm and fuzzy inside knowing you are so pleased. Cheesy

Given a cape, tiara and a strong cup of coffee, yeah, I could rule the world.
