I love it!  What did you glue the pictures to the tray with?  Ordinary white glue?  Also, what did you put on top of your pictures to "finish" them with (so they stay new-looking)?  They need to be sealed with something to preserve them, don't they?  What?

I have wanted to do this FOREVER as a mothers day gift but I wanted to do mine based on pricey units I saw in Pottery barn that came along with a removable/replaceable sheet of glass.  I asked my grandmother (who used to frame pictures) where I could buy a custom-cut sheet of glass and she said most hardware stores.  But we couldn't come up with any good way to secure the glass in the bottom of the tray besides finishing nails.  Any ideas, anybody?
