Lovely stuff, ladies!  Grin This is one well-accessorized group of dieters/exercisers!  Grin

I just started the Brazilian Butt Workout from BeachBody Inc. I really like it because I injured myself again running (will I never learn?) and I picked the program because it targets my weak spots, hips, glutes and hamstrings, etc. Many exercises are the ones my pt worked on with me (I'd like to think he's smiling down on my trying again). If you have IT band issues or need strengthening and toning in the lower body, it is a good program...it's totally kicking my booty in a good way!

dharma_rebel, it's no biggie with the pictures. Smiley I was more worried that everything was ok. And I'm sorry to hear you had a rough week. Hopefully this one is better Cheesy

I started a new (well, not really "new" since we do it every now and then when money permits) diet this week. It's from onetouchgold.com. A good diabetic site that lets you track nutrition and excercise on their website, plus a menu planner with shopping list built in, all for free! Cheesy I like that.. free.. it's so... free.. lol

I lost another 2 pounds last week, but then apparently gained them back over the weekend with our splurge on chinese food and spaghetti night.. sigh.. well, this week will be better. Smiley Hope you all have a great one!

Well, my partner never posted photos so I will put them up. Sorry the color is a little off in these, my good camera was loaned to my parents. I themed the crafts for amusedcreations around the importance of water.

First up is crocheted water bottle slings, I made two. The green and blue one is reclaimed cotton yarn with a longer strap to wear across her body, or tied for just a shoulder carry. The white one is for her or her husband to use and is just a shoulder sling. It's made from dozens and dozens of plastic shipping bags that I cut up into strips and strung together to make a large ball of "plarn". It took a long time to make, but it's strong, eco-friendly and lightweight.

Next is a refashioned doggie bag holder. A plain black holder is just boring! I jazzed it up with some leftover fabric, and now it looks fab(if you ask me Wink )

She wanted a bracelet to help track water inake, so I tried my hand at making some jewelry. I used 8 jade beads to reference glasses of water, and there is a charm that can be moved past each bead as she consumes the recommended glasses of water. There are coordinating smaller beads around the bracelet as well.

Last, I made a shopping book.  I decorated a small notebook with paper, ribbon, a friendly reminder to eat fit  and an embroidered strawberry. The cover is decoupaged, and I didn't get a photo of the inside where I added a pocket to hold coupons or notes.

As extras I purchased some reusable water bottles, dog waste bags and a collapsible bowl for her dogs for when they go hiking.

That's a super package! I want a bracelet like that one! I'm really bad about drinking water, and that's such a pretty reminder!

Beautiful package. The jars turned out nice.  The quote is really resonating with me. (Is that the word I want?) I've been examining my relationship with food, and I may have to post that quote in my own home.
