I just finished this last night at 11:45.  Wink I got a little more adventurous on this dress with a lot of details. I made short puff sleeves. The collar was draped from the front, around the neck and then came back to meet in the front. It is gathered at the shoulder seams and softly hand pleated at the front. The waistband is gathered all the way around. There are two rows of decorative pink stitching along the hmeline. The fabric is a stretch jersey knit so the dress just slips on over the head.

C & C is always very appreciated! Thanks for looking.  Grin

Oh my word- this is awesome.
I love the detail, the neckline and the stitching. The great thing about this dress is that it would look lovely in an adult version as well- even the same colors or as a "little black dress." Very beautifully designed and constructed!

That is simply adorable.  And, if you could, please find me paint in that beige color as I'd like to smother my walls in it.  Wink

Thank you so much!

I have a singer 4166 ( http://www.allbrands.com/products/abp22329.html ). I kind of hate it, but it gets the job done.  Wink It's very finicky. I have to turn it off if I'm going to step away from if even for a second. If it's on too long it goes haywire and won't stop sewing! Someday I'll get a better machine!!

Actually this almost exactly matches the color of my living room walls!

Beautiful as always! All of your dresses are kind of amazing. And by "kind of" I mean absolutely! I wish I could make clothes like you do.

Awwww, thank you so much!!  Grin

I'm having a bit of designer's block right now and it's so frustrating.  Angry I've been staring at and shuffling around my stacks of fabric all day, waiting for some inspiration to strike!
