My Aunt Joan is turning 80 in a couple of weeks.  I was down to see her a few weeks ago and said I would make her a bag.  We went to a fabric store and I had her pick out the fabric she wanted (a painful process for her).  We finally settled on cats...flowers... butterflies and pink.  Certainly not something I would normally produce.

And for some reason, I bought about twice as much fabric as needed.  So I'm stuck with the extra!  How many accessories can I make for this bag??? Cheesy

Make her 2 bags, in different styles.  Plus, some small pouches to go with each!

Wow, I love those fabrics! I wouldn't know how to make the perfect thing with such nice and cute fabric. I adore cats.

I agree, make her multiple bags, some zipper pouches(there's tut's here) and perhaps an eyeglass case or some other things like that. she can mix and match at her whim. Smiley

The bag is cute and came out great!

It may not be your style but the bag is adorable  - and how sweet and wonderful of you to make such a thoughtful gift for your aunt!  Two thumbs up  Cheesy
