We are doing a bedroom remodel on the cheap and needed a big piece of art to go above our bed.  Everything we looked at to buy was pretty pricey but fortunately, I ran across a blog with this project on it a couple weeks ago.  Our piece is 4 foot wide by 33 inches tall.  It has brown felt for the backing to match our 99 cent Goodwill bedskirt and the Ikea shelves which are a deep chocolate brown.  The project cost about $30. There are about 8 hours of our life into this project.  5.5 alone just to do the jigsawing.

Blog I found the project on.  It is an awesome blog with great projects and tons of refurb hints.

Thanks for looking.

I love this. Your room is like one out of a magazine.

I have no special talent, I am only passionately curious.

Oh, wow, that's really lovely.  It's a great finishing touch for your room, and makes your bedroom look really chic, like something out of a magazine.
