I followed this tutorial:http://www.apartmenttherapy.com/sf/diy-yarn-and-twig-dandelions-109850 to make dandelions from twigs & yarn.  I almost gave up on pom poms because I could never get them to be quite right.  they were always a bit square and never round enough.  These I like.


The purple one is really curly because I unraveled a crochet project and immediately used the yarn & the other is yarn I've had for ages!

I used hot glue to attach the stem then stuck em in a vase!  They add so much cuteness to the top of my dresser!

The curly one is really great! Would love to make some for our living room, got just the spot and the vase for it... but I know, that it wouldn't last an hour because of my cats.   Tongue
