I'm discovering the joys of slow cooking!

I had a slow cooker but it was used for soap making.  Recently though, someone gifted me one and I've been browsing online for recipes.

Here's what we had for breakfast this morning:



I followed the recipe as written, except I substituted with a cardamom spice mix I blended a while back. 

It was delicious and I highly recommend it!
