I think these guys have become my favorite of all the robots I have ever designed!  They're part of the My Favorite Stuffie series I began awhile ago...
They are both from the same base pattern - one of course has the long legs option lol

I used good ol' Red Heart Super Saver.
Oh! They stand  10-14" roughly, not including their antenna.
I can't tell you how many electricity lengths I designed until I was happy with the one I settled on.  I must have worked on that electricity for an entire afternoon. Yeah, I know.  I'm retentive like that. It's okay.  I admit it.  If it isn't what I have envisioned, I'll rip out an entire project and start over!

This one my kids say remind them of the Space Mouse in the Ratchet & Clank game... I don't see the connection... Maybe it's the look on his face.  I don't know...

These are so awesome.  Wow.  I just started to crochet, and I am teaching myself online with youtube tutorials - lol.  I am just drooling over these.  I hope some day I can do something so wonderful.

These are so adorable! I love the voltage coming out of the green one's antennae. How in the world did do you that?! You have crazy crochet talent, and these robots totally rock!

Thanks everyone - and wow! I'm featured on FB??  How cool is that??!!!  Thanks rackycoo!!

Caroline92f - if you can make a single crochet, you can make a stuffie Cheesy
lanikins - do I need to padlock these guys to my desk?   Smiley
wewilltaketothesea - The electricity took me all afternoon to get the right look.  I had an idea of what I wanted and I kept at it until I was happy with it.

Robots are so much fun!  I have to say that I love these robots! Every time I look at them I can't help but smile.  - oh and their eyes are flat, raised discs for lack of better explanation.. I didn't want them to be just flat to the face... I didn't want them round.  Again, me and my retentiveness.  I'm glad I stuck with my vision.  These guys I started off with a drawing I did and took it from there.  I think I'm going to do that more often.  I have a page full of owl drawings that I intend to crochet up as well... I need a clone....
