I'm a metalworker, so I've been at the bench getting ready for shows.
I'm awful at making multiples, I try to avoid it unless I have to, thinking if I have one I don't need another. I can't even stand matching things for earrings, I just compulsively avoid it. So I'm forcing myself to make duplicates, I think I'm getting used to it... maybe... Does anyone else share this affliction???

New Poppies made with sterling silver and recycled copper, and other pieces too-

Stuff I made last night and today-

I can't figure out how to link my pictures from flickr for the life of me, if anyone can explain how their new interface works, or tell me if I can't do it anymore, I'd much appreciate it... I've tried everything but am clueless...
 Thanks!

k, finally just uploaded to Craftster, but still totally curious about the workings of Flickr now?

So beautiful! I absolutely love them all! I do have that problem when it comes to matching things. I am so OCD about things sometimes that I can drive myself mad if there is even a micrometre difference in something I make.

I am wicked interested in getting into metal working. Always have been and just don't know how to start.  May I ask how you started?

These are great! I'm not usually a fan of heart jewelry, but I love all your heart rings. I think my favorite is that second necklace or the stamped heart.

OMG I'm totally the exact same way. I thought I was the only metally person who didn't make earrings, hehe. I'm so glad I'm not alone Smiley I've gotten better too about making multiples of simple ring designs for sizing purposes, but I still vastly prefer making one of a kind rings in arbitrary sizes and hoping they fit whoever likes them Tongue Not the best business plan though.

Your rings are really cute! Smiley It makes me happy to see copper.
