This is my first ever party dress and i Made for my sister! I think it turned out pretty good and I can't wait to make more for myself.

very very cool and nice colours.
I think this makes you a very good sister! I can't imagine being this dedicated to my siblings but then I only have a brother which makes dress sewing slightly squirmy...and yet really funny. Theres a mental image I'm not ging to be able to preg_replace('/(.{19})/', '$1 ', 'shift...ahem...tries') to find point...oh right..Did you use a pattern? and what kind of material is it? stretchy or not?

...Did you use a pattern? and what kind of material is it? stretchy or not?

i used simplicity pattern 5112. The material is just a normal print you would get, kninda cottony not stretchy though.

Wow I'm really loving that!

My cousins wedding is coming up on July 30th, and that would be an awesome dress to wear! I am definetely heading to Joannes after I get back from Vegas (who knows how much money I will have haha)

It's very boho, and would look great with maybe a light belt and beaded sandals  Cheesy
