The other day I was in Macy's admiring all their fancy (expensive) tops and of course, I came upon quite a few tops that I wanted for myself, and of course, I couldn't afford them. So I'm trying to recreate them for wayy less.

First up is this draped ruffle top

I also remember a dress that Hanna from Pretty Little Liars wore that I LOVE

So I think I'd like to make something in between but as a top, if only I knew how!
I may be wrong but I think the ruffles start out as circles or something, idk. PLEASE help out this clueless girl
