I made birthday shirts for my kids' birthdays.  I just cut out their ages from a piece of fabric that fit their birthday party theme and attached them to the shirts with Heat 'N Bond.  Then I satin stitched around the edges.


Number 1 for my baby girl.  The fabric has pink teddy bears on it for her teddy bear picnic theme.
