This is my first time organizing a swap so I'm a little unsure what to do about this.

One of the first time swappers mentioned today that she hasn't heard from her partner in weeks. I checked out her partner's profile and she hasn't logged in since July 5th. So I PM'ed the MIA swapper and sent her an e-mail as well. I heard back almost immediately via e-mail and she said her internet has been down and she wasn't able to let anyone know because her smart phone has "limited abilities". The problem I have with this is I checked her blog and she's still been updating that, it has a new post as recently as yesterday.

So what should I do? MIA swapper swears she still plans on sending, but I noticed she just got a negative in another swap. Should I go ahead and have her partner hold off on sending until the possible flaker sends first?

Wildfyre, my suggestion is that you open a Help Desk ticket.

The Swap Mods are excellent at getting back to you with good advice. Smiley

Not a problem, I think it's always best to be prepared for either occasion (flaker or no). I've asked them some seriously silly stuff so don't you worry about contacting them. Smiley
