Because I loved you...

After I got home, I went on Craftster and got all inspired, so I finally decided to get to work on some of my planned projects. This was supposed to be a "loaded" charm bracelet, but I quit after this many, partly because I liked the way it looked, but mostly because I had gotten a callous on my finger from my pliers.  Shocked Anyway, I apologize for the slightly awful pictures, the lighting was bad (being that it's 2 in the morning...) and my camera is terrible. So, anywho, this bracelet is mostly red and gold glass beads and a few silver charms. I made it to declare my unswerving dedication (haha) to all things Gryffindor. Plus, I like how it jingles when I move my arm.  Cheesy I hope everyone likes it!

This is the full view. Again, I apologize for the crappy pictures.

Close-up fail.

I like the little horseshoe on the end of it. I added it because I figure a Gryffindor needs a certain measure of luck to handle that infamous courage. Wink

Another full view. I was trying to be artsy and photograph it on a page from PoA, but I think it kind of failed.
Anyways, thanks for looking, and comments would be appreciated!

Though I don't have any myself, I guess one can never have enough of these bracelets. Cheesy
Especially if they are Harry-Potter-themed.
Great job!

If you ever want to add more charms, you could choose them to represent different "famous Gryffindors"... Just an idea that came to my mind when I saw the fleur-de-lys/lily charm. Smiley

I live a knitting life, everything else is secondary. "Want to go out for a drink?" "Nope, sorry, I have a project at home that I'm close to finishing."
