Curious George purse/bag

Computer and camera all in working order again and no more cell phone pics
The pictures are not the greatest(computer is down and so camera is also) but I was so happy to be finished it I can not say.  It was my first purse and my first time sewing a lining for a purse.  I hope to get better pictures up soon, but for now..here you go

So cute! I am a sucker for anything with Curious George on it! I think the bumblebees are my favorite part, though. Are they stitched on or buttons?

I love it!! how did you work out the pattern for him? did you use a chart or someone else's pattern? it looks AMAZING!! i thought for a minute you used tunisian crochet, cause it was so regular, but Im thinking its just regular crochet after looking at it closer. I would love some details!! great job

Thanks so much everyone!  I used a chart which I made from a picture I found online...not as easy as I thought it would be, as I never have made a chart before.  It is regular crochet but I think if I was ever to do it again I would do tapestry crochet.
The fireflies are buttons, I stitched a flight pattern on also, one on the front and one going up one of the straps.  I have better pictures on my camera, but need to get my computer fixed first.
