That looks great on her!  The skirt hangs really nice and I also love the spinning shot.
If I can only get my basement finally finished I want to set up my sewing machine again.

Wow, that is a beautiful dress and a great choice of fabric :-D

I defo identify with your sister, I finally found one online shop that does beeeeautiful dresses for larger ladies, but you have to be rich to afford more than one of them whereas you can make several dresses yourself for the same price!!

I love this dress! You both have great skills and, by working together, y'all (as in the two of you) have created a garment that is super flattering on a curvy figure and very youthful/sassy (as in not matronly) and it would be appropriate for many occasions. I would love to see it in other colors/fabrics, too. I think y'all have a winner here! The action pic is my favorite.

What would you get if you crossed a goat and a sheep?
An animal that eats tin cans and gives back steel wool.

WOW, this really looks good, and it's your first clothing?  You both did really well creating a pattern that really flatters her figure (and yes, the stupid plus size clothes in the store usually are AWFUL) and coloring!  So fun!

Maybe you should make more and start your own line!
