Ok now for the good stuff. I received from ElizabethsMom today, thank you so much! I love my package.

She told me when she went to the post office the items wouldn't fit in the box so I was getting a new space saver bag as well. So here are my items all squished and in my new space saver bag.

I think the best part of space saver bags is when you open them and you get to see everything reinflate. My items reinflated to reveal, pillows! I never thought of pillows when trying to come up with what she could be sending me. There so cool. Is Rocco a bleach stencil? I love the blood splatter effect on the brothers pillow. My Hubby loves the brothers pillow. He was in bed when the mail came so he didn't know I received. He thought I made the pillows and he told me I should keep the brothers one instead of sending cool things to other people. So he was happy when I told him we would be keeping the cool items, lol.

Back of Rocco's pillow, fancy ruffles! I love them.

Thank you!

Yippie!!! I am so happy you like them! Rocco is a bleach stencil. It's actually the first time I have ever stencilled anything with bleach or paint. So, I did BOTH! I really like the way they turned out too Smiley So excited to receive soon!!!

I've tried bleach stenciling twice and both times they flubed  Undecided

The mail lady said your package should arrive around Sat, so hopefully you'll get it Monday.

I received my package today from lady4feet! The first item I saw...Kinda made me feel like Riverdancing!

The mug (which I am drinking from right now!) is SO COOL! It says "Hey fuck-ass, give me a beer". I am so totally admiring the etching! I have always wanted to learn how to do that!

Next came the coaster, so appropriate that it was the squished kitty coaster! (I forgot to get a good front shot of the kitty but that's also because the contents of the mug are half gone already!) The back says "Is it dead?"

The plaque, which is hanging on my wall already Smiley

And finally, a jewelry box with a necklace made from pounded pennies inside!

I feel so spoiled! Thank you so much for everything!

I'm glad you liked everything! The mug is made with armour etch, a bit expensive but worth the money cause it last for a LOT of projects!

Here are some more pics of the necklace. I'm really happy with how it came out.

I would like a round two but I've sworn off swapping for the rest of the summer  Sad

i know...slow mail, i guess.  i think this is the longest i have had a package take, and it's driving me crazy with swap anxiety because i sent out of country so i don't have a dc#.  i'm so impatient.  Wink

oh seriously...i thought i was impatient before, now it's even worse.  i hope it's not stuck on the border because of the             thing.  but i don't know how it could be.  i'm pretty sure it's well enough protected for that not to be an issue.  it's just that i'm nervous because i've never sent anything remotely questionable before, much less out of the country.    Undecided

okay, well let's forget about the         for a bit because i don't want my partner to get too excited and be disappointed by her package.  Wink  especially after seeing the wonderfulness she sent me!  Here it is in all its glory...

i had to hold little hands back from these long enough to snap a picture...they love opening packages!
first, an awesome shirt...i couldn't decide on a favorite line from the movie so i threw out a couple and she used them both  Cheesy  my husband wants it but it's all mine.

and the other line...a onesie for my little one.  well, it fits Peanut now and will be passed on to baby-to-be when she is here.  it was too cute to let wait.  i love this!  and i love that part of the movie!

and my absolute favorite?  an awesome necklace from the movie and based off a necklace in my wists.  my partner doesn't know this, but every time i look at my wists that stands out to me.  if it made sense i would have wisted it more than just once.  i like it that much.   Wink

Thank you so much for everything!   Grin

Get ready to wist, folks, 'cause I got spoiled! First, a very awesome purse with a Celtic cross on it!

And a very cool and much needed wallet with the Boondock Saints themselves on it! (I'm not sure if you can se it in the picture, but the snaps have pistols on them!!)

And now, the moment we've all been waiting for, the thing that _____s...

A talking plushie of the bartender with Tourettes!! When you hug hum, he says "Why don't you make like a tree...and get the ____ out of here!" I love him and the rest of my package so much, thank you norahkate!!!!!

Finally the ___, lol. I love that purse and the wallet too. I found some artwork like the wallet print that I want to make. Norahkate where in the world did you find snaps with pistols on them?

wish i could help out but, as with a good deal of my notions, the snaps came from a local thrift store.  i got a pack of those and two packs that look similar but are navy instead of black and have horseshoes on them.  i think i paid 15 cents a pack.  i knew something perfect would come up for them!

i'm so glad you like everything...and that your potty-mouthed doll made it through customs.  Wink Cheesy

Here is my contribution to the Boondock Saints Swap Smiley I decided to paint a skateboard, as my partner was going to be moving into her first apartment soon and wanted decorations.

The whole thing was hand painted with no stencils. And the hand lettering needs a bit more practice Wink

Love your package lo-fi! No stencils? Awesome! I have next to no artistic talent so it's all stencils or...well nothing for my partners, lol.

Could you imagine skating around the skate park on a boondock saints skateboard? It would be so kick ass.

He also tied some fishing line on the top where the trucks go so she can hang it but it would be pretty cool to rock that at the skate park Smiley

Lo-fi Dream recieved, so I'm posting pics of my angel package for him! Smiley I had a lot of fun making everything!

A woodburnt, acryclic wash cross and two decoupaged flameless candles...

The red candle has two images of Smecker...

And the gold has the brother's hands

Votives, wooden crosses, and pennies for extras!

And a t-shirt with the end of the brother's prayer on it...I did my best with the hand-lettering. Smiley

I hope there's another round to this swap, I really enjoyed angeling for it!

I just wanted to thank you for making and sharing this. My almost 20yo LOVES Boondock Saints so I made a version of this skateboard art you did and he thought it was the greatest thing ever! It was my first try at something like this so not as great as yours but still, it was nice to make it for him.

That's all. Just wanted to thank you and tell you great job! Smiley
