Shocked  WOW she is amazing!!!!!  Phenomenal job - I can't believe this is only your second poppet!  I don't know which part I love most . . . the eyes, the dress, the mani/pedi . . . I just love it all.  Definitely hitting this rocks.

Thanks again!!!  You guys are getting me all blushy and stuff... Embarrassed

How superbly wonderful! I want one! Oh, I'll have to make one to go with my Hatter and Alice, since yours already has a home!!  Great job! Need to add mod podge to my list of things to buy.... Smiley

I used 4 coats of mod podge and then just used red nail polish.  You can also give them a more natural look, and take some white acrylic paint and give the nails white tips, and put another coat of mod podge over that.

Sure!!!  I made your basic wig with a wig cap.  Then I parted the hair down the middle, and tied the hair together at the ends...really tight.  Then for her style, I then took the tied end and and started rolling in towards the part.  Kind of like a cinnamon roll.  Take a long piece of yarn with a big needle and put that through the middle part of the roll.  Tie the 2 ends together in a knot, and using the needle, pull one end under and through the wig cap, do the same with the other side, then tie another knot.  Weave ends into the wig cap.  Repeat for the other side.  Hope that makes sense...maybe I can write up a tute with pics if it doesn't  Grin

This is absolutely amazing!!  I know nothing of poppets or doll making but I have to say, I am floored at how awesome this is!!  I'd love to see a Mad Hatter too!  You have SUCH a lucky swap partner.
