It's been a long, long while since I've actually posted- let aloe, MADE - anything here! Shed loads of personal stuff has went down recently which made my craftiness non-existant. BLERGH. But I went through my box o' tricks and found some fabric that I haven't touched since I bought it! I'll tell you what - it felt freakin' great to get back behind that sewing machine....managed to pull this bad boy out over the course of two days.

I had to do the simplest thing I know I can stitch in order to get my butt back in gear. Smiley

P.S. sorry for the shyte photo - my digital camera died on my the other day and I had to resort to using my mobile. :| -x-

So cute! Love the trim (or what have you) at the top. Looks like it's fitted real well.
I would wear this out in a heart beat.

It's kind of cute- I love it <3

How did you make that there is no cut for the bust? Would it only work for small size?

Nice job.  My favorite part is the way the stripes of the fabric look with the pleats.  That, or maybe the little collar.  I can't decide.  =)

Thanks very muchly, kiddos. Smiley I appreciate the nice comments. Smiley

@ Kornelia - the bodyform is impossibly small, so I 'clamped' the dress on it to make it a bit more fitting for the picture. Smiley It's acutally a UK10-12/US 12-14.

@ sixty4 - 'tis indeed a 'TeenageRebel' original. Smiley Although I have done this type of dress so many times, that I can cut out the pattern and stitch it together with my eyes closed. Tongue
