Wow, that is absolutely gorgeous!  I hate gathering, so I can't imagine what a nightmare that must have been.  The end result is fantastic, though, so perhaps it was worth it.   Smiley

First of all you did a fantastic job sewing that thing! And then I also have to say thet your dress is so much better than the Lavin dress and the picture of the dress on the pattern is hideous! I can't believe you ended up with such a beautiful creation. Fabulous!!
