heres a picture of a knitted platypus soap holder/scrubbie i came up with for the yarnie scavenger hunt swap.i thought people might like it, i do lol Wink
it is entirely made from acrylic yarn, so wont shrink in water.
underneath it is held together with a button i made from the same yarn as the body.
the body is filled with a bar of market handmade soap(my attempts dont work lol)

(picture is from my swap partner, spotnik)

i thought up the pattern myself. i dont have an exact pattern for it but i could try to replicate it if people want lol

that is so stinkin' cute. My son would probably like one in Perry the Platypus colors from Phineaus and Ferb! Great job.

Oh, what a great project!  Have you tried it out?  I'm curious to know how it holds up wet.

Super, super cute.  Platypuses are the best!
