Yeah, I'm in the middle of nowhere too, at least an hour from JoAnne's and Michael's... closer to two hours for an actual art supply store!  Thank goodness for dickblick.com. Wink

I've been making all sorts of creepy little guys for the past week or so, totally not halloween-related, it's just how I roll.  har!

is one for me in the iyp swap? lol!

im eager for partners too, but im going to let the signups run there full time  Tongue

I just had a look thru the 1st round swap, and tried to wist a bunch of stuff.  But the wist bot picked other things for me then the things I wanted to pick.  But it was fun to see all the amazing things people sent out.  Some people seemed to have spent a lot of money, which is just a bit worrisome as I don't have a lot of money.  I am an over crafter, so I don't think I'll be a disappointing partner.  I can mostly work from my stash, if I get someone who likes skulls...I collect that stuff all year long..  I have to mail out my other swaps, hopefully this week, and if I live thru the shock of what that will be costing, I'll sign up for this for sure. Grin

To all past swap partners....If something I made you fell apart in some way, it would be helpful to me if you PMed me and told me about it.  Sometimes, I try new things, and if they fail, it helps me to know

suereal-if you are in the US try to use flat rate boxes.  They are free from the USPS and if you use the click n ship option online you get free DC#'s.
As for wisting, I have had that problem too, I will usually put a disclaimer in the description that the wrong photo is showing and eventually wists corrects the problem anyway.  It has something to do with adding photos from the same page.

OO thanks for the wist info.  I'm shipping from Canada..No flat rate boxes (shakes her tiny fist).  We do have Light packet (has to be thinner then 20 cm I think and weigh less then 500gr.)  and Small packet (all sides have to equel no more then 90 cm, and weigh less then 2 kilo).  I am pretty sure it is better to mail seperate packages if you have heavy stuff then to send one big package....but I still have to ask my nice postoutlet lady about that still...
