I am a hoarder of Halloween craft supplies so I can't wait to go to Michael's and get some more! If you subscribe to the Michael's emails you get some great coupons! (As I have already mentioned) lol

I already have some ideas for what I want to make.  Just waiting for partners so I know if my ideas will fit their taste.  I did see that Halloween fabric is also on sale at Jo-Anne so may have to go take a look this week for all of you pre-swap shoppers  Grin

Last year I was laid out on morphine during Halloween, so I didn't get to enjoy it AT ALL. I'm going out with a bang this year. I can't wait to start decorating and crafting. I haven't even though of what kind of costume I want to do, though I did see an adorable vintage voodoo doll dress when browsing the halloween board that I may do.

Ok, with all this talk of JoAnnes I'm going to have to go check it out. Michael's is an hour drive from where I live and JoAnnes is around the corner from there....so I guess I'll have to stop by there too...oh the torture! lol

Vintage voodoo doll dress??? Ooooh that sounds fun!

I see I'm not the only person who lives an hour from Michaels (and, in my case, civilization)!

LOL! Civilization....if that's what you would call it....is about 20 min from where I live. It's a town of about 7,300 with a wal-mart and not much else. I have to travel an hour for any good shopping! Sad  All of the good Halloween festivities are that far too. We are going up there tomorrow so I've got to make a list of all the crafty Halloween goodies I want to check out. I can't wait until we get partners. I'm super antsy to get started!

Yikes - you guys must really stock up everytime you hit the craft store! I would love to see your stashes!!

I live in civilization (about 10 minutes from downtown Seattle) so I have just about every great craft store, yarn shop, fabric store, etc at my fingertips! Of course, I also have siren noise, busy streets, traffic lights, crime and all of the other pleasantries that come with living in the city Smiley.

I'll probably wait to do supply shopping until we get partnered up. I have SOOO many ideas but I'll need to narrow the list down once I know my partners tastes. In the mean time, I might just do some personal Halloween crafting for a quick fix!

Yeah, I'm in the middle of nowhere too, at least an hour from JoAnne's and Michael's... closer to two hours for an actual art supply store!  Thank goodness for dickblick.com. Wink

I've been making all sorts of creepy little guys for the past week or so, totally not halloween-related, it's just how I roll.  har!

LimeRiot, OMG! My stash is ginormous!! All kinds of random bits and bobs. You're lucky to have so many great places close to you. I used to live in the San Francisco Bay area but got sick of all of those "pleasantries" and moved 2 years ago.
Personal Halloween crafting sounds like an excellent idea!

themuppet, I would love to see your "creepy little guys." I roll creepy and spooky all year long too! lol.
