Well, I at least have all of my supplies purchased now!  I have a few things started, but nothing completed.

I really wanted to do some major crafting this weekend but it was sooooooooo hot that I couldn't do much more than sit in front of a fan and whine about it being so hot!!!  We're talking 90 degrees INSIDE the house!! Sad I have a house that is almost 100 years old and Florida summers are BRUTAL!!!!!

I got one of the more difficult projects knocked out. I am very proud of myself, this is the first time I have done something like this and it looks really cool.

I do 'day after Halloween' shopping the way most people do 'day after Christmas' shopping.  How about you guys?

Absolutely YES!!!! Especially at Target and Michael's!

LOL. Yep me too! That's how we got most of our Halloween stuff actually.

I finished 1/2 of a project over the weekend and started on the second half.  I'm hoping to finish it tonight.  Then I am going on vacation and I am taking supplies with me to make stuff for 2 more of the days.  I think I'm going to have my mom help me with the bag too, since she is much better with a sewing machine than I am.

My family is the same way! I buy everything I can get my hands on and I even get my kiddos their costumes for the following year!

I definitely look for craft supplies and goodies anytime I go out of town. I always hit up the thrift shops and antique stores, which is exactly what I did this past week. My vacation was great and I came back with a few goodies and lots of ideas. Enjoy your trip sweetyetevil and good luck finding some awesome crafty stuff!

Little Bean will be staying with Paw Paw Bean next weekend. Lots of crafting time without little sticky fingers stealimg everything. I just thought cats were bad about destroying works in progress.
