During the NHL season, I made a variation on the wristband pattern in honor of my beloved Boston Bruins...

Here it is, before it was sewn up:

And here I am modeling it:

I wore it to the playoffs and the boys won one game, but lost the other. In good news, it kept me unbelievably warm. I was surprised, but by covering the wrist with yarn, it really helped with body temperature! I'm probably going to make another for my other wrist before next season. Cheesy

Yay another hockey fan on here! Cheesy
I might need to make one of these now.

I am already getting prepared for this coming season so I need to get going now that my favorite player has his number decided. Stupid trades. :p

Oh yes! Such a huge hockey fan that I'm watching Bruins pre-season thru a French internet feed because it's the only one showing the game tonight! Smiley

Who's your favorite player?

The wristbands are fun and super quick. I did the Bruins one in a night - planning the chart took longer than it did to knit! Smiley

I can understand that.

Versteeg is my favorite player, followed by Osgood. I'm actually thinking of making an Osgood scarf to try and learn how to change colours. Its going to say Wizard of Os and have his number and the Red Wing symbol. I know making the chart for that is going to suck but it will be awesome to have.
