I organized my first swap and everyone has sent and received except one international package that is in transit. Everyone has been given feedback except the one person. Can I start sign-ups for another swap now or do I have to wait for this last package to be received? Thanks.

According to the Craftster Swap Info Guide (found here: http://www.craftster.org/swapsinfo.html) "If it is your first time organizing, you may only organize ONE swap. After you have completed your organizing duties for that swap, you may organize and/or co-organize up to THREE swaps at once."

So it seems like because your swap isn't officially finished and is still in the swap section " ACTIVE SWAPS WHERE SIGN-UP PERIOD HAS CLOSED" (versus in "ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED"), you will have to wait until the package is received.

But that is just my guesstimation (I hope it helps anyways!)...

I read that but didn't know if I could go ahead and start sign-ups since it should be received hopefully within the next week or two. Thanks for the help. Smiley

For future reference, before organizing a second swap, your first swap should be completely finished.  As organizer your feedback not only depends on your own package arriving, but as well you need to be making sure that everyone in your swap sends and receives, gets an angel if they should happen to need one and receives their feedback.  Craftster guidelines say that at least 90% of your swappers should have feedback before you give yourself feedback, many organizers wait until their swap is completely finished before doing so which is good organizer practice I think (it can be really easy to forget about loose ends when you have moved on to a new swap)
