Pick Your Poison

I got these fabulous vintage drink markers at the thrift store today, and, as I always do, immediately went to town on them. I think they're 40s/50s era. I have about 30 of them and I can't wait to make them all into necklaces. I figured they'd be perfect for bachelorette parties or for bridesmaids. I will save one for myself for when my 21st birthday rolls around (eight months to go until my first legal... bourbon and soda? Maybe something more modern.)

I figured at the very least if you wear one of these to a bar you'd be in for some free drinks, even if they are outdated ones. "Oh hey sugar, can I buy you a rye and water?"

Wow, I love these so much! I would totally wear that Scotch & Soda necklace- that's my favorite drink! Haven't tried the rye and water yet though...    What a great idea to turn them in necklaces!
