oooh I'll have to check that 123stitch out! thanks for posting that find isnessofwhatis!

Firstly.. That lady does need some relaxation.... sheesh!
Secondly I'm jealous of your time alone on the couch with your sewing in complete silence.... I need some silence!

I added more stuff to my post so you might want to read that too.

My situation is definitly unique.  In some ways it really sucks but I have to look at the positives too (like having the time and silence to do this stuff).  I'm thankful to have these creative things to do to help fill the time when I'm not at the class or going to appointments.

I re read the stuff you added, and I somewhat understand the mental health issues (not one person is the same when it comes to that, but I'm a bit "insane" myself(anxiety, depresion))  I feel you on the drugs, I hate them too, but they keep me even... now just to get more quite time for me, and I probably wouldn't need them! LOL

I'm with y'all too.  The meds have helped a bunch, but this site has helped waaay more I think.  I'm pretty sure there is a link between crazy and creative.  Not always I guess...but I was so worried the meds would make it so I couldn't come up with ideas.  But they seem to help me focus long enough to finish things.  Now I just need to find myself a patron of the crafts hehehe

Hi all you wonderful crafty peeps! Just a gentle reminder to keep on topic of the stitch-a-long. If you are an FOC, we have an off topic board. If not, what a great time to join! Thanks for everyone understanding and keep on Teesha Moore journaling!

oops! sorry :/  I'm easily distracted...

On topic!  I've bought a bunch of bits and bobs to attach to my bowl.  Now I can officially finish it!  And I've got enough little pillows to cover a small itty bitty 5x7 ish journal... (my pillows are all less then 3x3 and mostly just an inch and a half square or 1x2... I cut them smaller then I thought I did....) I was thinking I'll just bind my own paper now that I know it's not hard!  fun fun!

Onto the quilt idea... If you cut pillows out in squares/rectangles, sew rst , turn rightside out and stuff then topstitch, they would be uniform enough for a "squared" quilt.   It has been an idea I have been playing with for years, but this cal filled in a few of the missing pieces that I had been pondering on.

Nice work. I love the red, white and black theme.
I'm busy on swaps so haven't quite had time to finish mine. Although I think some smaller items will appear in my swap crafting.  Grin
