Retro_rose's sloth wallhanging should be in art quilt magazines & win prizes! The leaves alone...each being unique...just woweewowow!

That's so kind of you! Thank you!

And I've never thought of that, how does one go about contacting magazines for that sort of thing? And what magazines?

I'd start with Quilting Arts Magazine...you can contact them via email at info@quiltingarts.com  & there is submission guidelines info on their website at www.quiltingarts.com Your wall art quilt would be an excellent fit for them...I can picture it right next to all the other things they feature! I think you can send photos and a letter about your process, inspiration & whatnot & if it hasn't been previously featured in a magazine it may be considered for publication.

 Wink

Wow - impressive post and good memory!  I found the pattern on Ravelry, and I know Iposted a link to it on my blog.  Let me go find it.
Here we go:

Thank you so much! If I get to knitting them, I'll share! Smiley

I grow my own.....gourds that is. I have a bumper crop out right now. 11 varieties, I am so excited. My snake gourds are just insane they are so big! Too bad I can use them until next year.  Cry I must have patience...
I love it! I have no green thumb whatsoever & wish I did.

This was completely unexpected...I had no idea what pixieval was making me other than a clue that yarn was involved...

Behold the awesomeness:

My jaw hit the floor when I pulled it out of the package! Audrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffany's!!!!

 Shocked

You know she wants it! I'm thinking of taking down the framed audrey poster in my craft room & hanging this up in it's place. Babygirl has enough blankets of her own really!

This one is all mine!  Wink

This is the super fun backing fabric... rainbow colored mushrooms!

It's way beyond anything I anticipated receiving & it's certainly something I cannot make myself as I suck at crocheting anything more than a chain or a baby hat.
It's PINK!!!!
Pink is my favorite color & this is so perfectly perfect for me! Thank you ever so much Pixieval! I'll give it a very good home! If you have any other pics to share...please go for it!

*doing happy dance in chair due to broken toe...but it's happy all the same!*
