doyouloveanapple asked me to post some photos for her because she is having camera troubles.

This is what I consider the front of the project

Here is some detail of one of the cats.  I adjusted the pattern somewhat so that the stitched kitties would be more like the Siamese cats doyouloveanapple owns.

it was inspired by http://www.wists.com/doyouloveanapple/918afa58f3aef232aae96528b3eb9ee3?offset=0 from her wist.

On the back side of the pillow I cut some birds out that were inspired by
http://www.wists.com/doyouloveanapple/bf7ebe770bfe02a1577023a715060fb4?offset=0
and ironed them onto some cool tree fabric I found.

This was my first ever embroidery attempt and it has encouraged me to keep trying this new craft.
Here is a detail shot of one of the stitched birds.

superstitch totally rocked it with a Mummy and me apron set for my daughter and I, the idea is straight off my wists, but superstitch totally went with the right colours of black and white with red accents.
You can tell by our faces how delighted we are. (only one problem, 6yo old son wants one for him!)
Seriously though, thanks to superstitch for totally nailing it.  beautifully designed and made.
A weekend of baking in store  I think

Wow! Everything is so amazing. I love that bag! The skirt is awesome. I could go on and on. Wink

Burgz, thanks for posting better pics. I tried taking different ones of the baby stuff and they came out just as bad!  Roll Eyes Not sure what's up with my camera lately. I didn't even put two and two together that it was from Dr.Who! I hadn't stretched the shawl out far enough to see the whole picture. I just saw a really neat figure eight pattern.  Embarrassed  Thanks again! I can't wait until fall to wear that shawl!

That pillow makes me LOL!  My cats don't have a habit of upchucking at all...and they only seem to do it on our already worse-for-wear carpeting so I'm not too broken up about it Roll Eyes

I love the dynamic duo aprons there, adorable!
