I'm sure AggieGirlKatelyn is really busy with her move, so I'm going to go ahead and post pictures, cause I'm really proud of what I made her.



Eye of Jupiter yarn! Wool dyed with kool aid and easter egg dyes. I dyed one for myself too. : )



A Cylon tote bag! I'm really proud of this. I love the embroidery. : ) Here's a close up:



And finally, here's the card I included:



I cut out most of the pieces by hand, did some detail work in black pen and covered it in a layer of mod podge. Also very proud of this. It was quite time consuming, but quite awesome.

What a great package! I especially love that yarn - what a clever idea. The tote bag is marvelous. The embroidery is so awesome - did you do crayon tinting?? The card is a work of art too!

Thanks! I did indeed do crayon tinting. I wanted the... eye part (I guess) red, but there was no way I was doing all that satin stitch, so crayons it is!

The crayons worked great. I still haven't tried that technique but this is one more reason to give it a go.

A painting inspired by Starbuck's. I LOVE IT.



My favorite, two felted bowls! The larger one, inspired by the centurions, will be perfect as a key bowl to keep by the door. The other, inspired by 6's red dress will probably be used to store crafty odds and ends.

I'm so glad you went with the bowls, Lime, cause I was seriously contemplating making some when I finish the trades I'm working on. Now I don't have to!

I'm so thrilled that you like what I made for you, ifallthraindrops! It was really fun to rewatch BSG while thinking crafty thoughts . You were great to craft for.

I really can't believe how fast that packaged zipped across the country. Point for USPS!
