Wow, I can't believe how many different crafty skills are on show in this gallery! And everyone's put so much thought into making something really special for each other. Can't pick a favourite - all awesome. Smiley

WOW!  More really great swap packages!
The Indian style bag is beautiful and the garland is super festive!

Love the spell book and the eye ring!!  So cool that the book includes family recipes, etc.

The hoodie and the tank top look cute!

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

Loving all the latest parcels too, cool witchy items and the gorgeous hoody, do we have the best crafty people in this swap or what?!  Wink

...I am so touched by the beautiful, wonderful things Mieljolie and her family made me.  I am so thankful for everything I received!  It's going to be Halloween at my house year round because nothing is going to be put away.  Thank you so very much!!!

I'm so glad you liked everything.  We enjoyed every minute creating for you.  You sent us such wonderful things, too.  My fav part about swapping (besides receiving all the great goodies) is getting to try out new crafts and new techniques.  It's even better knowing the successful piece went to a good home.

Mom thanks you for all the kind words on her pieces.  Since this swap, she has caught a serious case of crafting bug.  Wonder how long before she shakes it?  She's a nonstop crafting madwoman over here!  Smiley

...Have no idea how she textured the cover and choose to believe it was done with magic.

Yes, the spell book cover is absolutely made with magic!  It's brown paper sack, paint and the REAL magical ingredient is something called Fabri-tac.  Better than hot glue and without the burnt fingers.  (Guess I should have included that recipe in the book, too.)  Grin

The spell book is made from a paper sack and the witch boot is made from cereal boxes, newspaper and TP tubes...  Is this not the absolute epitome of recycling??   Mieljolie, your Mom should join Craftster!
