I made this to wear to a show I was supposed to go see in December and never got to.  So, I'm wearing it now!
I found a jersey knit twin sized fitted sheet at Salvation Army last year and thought it was cool, but I didn't have any idea what I was going to do with it.
I started fiddling around with it in December, and came up with this:

I'm not wearing it in the photos, since I'm by myself and my dressform is a decent stand-in (she does have much smaller boobies than I do though, so there is a trade-off!).

The back:

I'm pleased with it, but have to tweak it a bit.  It seems that jersey knit stretches (duh)!  I forgot to take that into consideration when I made the straps.  My bra likes to peek out in the back quite a bit, so some alterations are necessary.  Other than that, it's an awesome dress!

I love vintage craft books, magazines and materials.  I try to incorporate something "old" into every craft project I do.  I have fun thinking of a new use for things like plastic bags, old jeans, and needlepoint kits I find at thrift stores.

I TOTALLY HAVE THIS BEDDING SET! I got it at Target, a long, long time ago, in a Galaxy far away, when I was in college! Great dress! I know exactly how comfy that sheet is, so I bet this is a dream to wear!
