How about making your own business cards?  I make mine, and when I first started and wasn't very familiar with designing, I made them with Microsoft Publisher.  Only do this, though, if your printer doesn't drink ink Smiley
I agree wholehartedly. I haven't bought business cards since I don't remember when. They're easy to make and you can have a different card that stands out.
I usually make up 100 cards (10 per page) for each show I do.

There's NOTHING at a craft show, or on Etsy, anybody NEEDS. NOTHING.

I work for a graphic design agency (for my day job) and we use psprint.com for a lot of our printing needs. So, when it was time to order cards for my craft business, I used them as well. The often have some good deals going on (currently business cards are 60% off) and they ship quickly and have a quality product.

Moo.com is by far my favorite, but they're kind of expensive.

Meanwhile Vistaprint offers coupons and deals all over the place.
