Pants made out of old sheets sound like the most comfortable thing ever!  Might just have to give it a try. . . .

Also, your whole costume is lovely.  Great job on drafting the patterns!

What they said with another emphasis on holy god. That is amazing!  I"d wear this everyday I love the accessories that went with it to.  You should be so proud!

Thank you so much for all the compliments. I was kind of worried I got to obscure with the character, but I'm happy it only makes you more interested in here! There have been some whispers about the internet that says Peter Jackson has expressed interested in making movies based on these books when he finished with the Hobbit. I wanted to make the costume before that happened so i could truly say it was completely my design and not influenced in anyway by (theoretic) movies.

I actually do wear the coat out. It's very light and comfy as it's made of bed sheets, and i live in Texas where it's hot. It's perfect for wearing over my club gear when i go out at night too~ <3
