Well, I seem to be on a roll with the bracelet making today!  After finishing my Pirate's Life Charm Bracelet today, I moved on to make one dedicated to my love of sewing!  Special thanks go to Pinkleo and her BRILLIANT advice on the color choice of red and turquoise.  The bracelet itself is made of glass beads, vintage and modern acrylic buttons, and pewter charms.  The charms include a rotary cutter, sewing machine, needle & thread, scissors, iron, thimble, tape measure, tracing wheel and pendants that read "Live", "Create", and "Love".

Happy bejeweling AND stitching to you Craftsters!

This is beautiful - I don't think i've ever wanted a bracelet as much as I want this one! And those are not colours I would usually wear especially together! But they just look perfect. Great job on the advice Pinkleo Cheesy

Where did you get the sewing themed charms? They are adorable!!

Thanks beckashell!  Let see.... some of the charms came from Hobby Lobby about a year ago, and I haven't seen some of them there since then.  Sad  Some more of them came from beadsandcharms.com, which has a pretty good selection, and is currently having a mad crazy 4th of July sale that runs through today.  The sewing machine charm came as a gift from Seraphina_de_Sangre.  She ordered it offline and had it sent to me, but I can't remember where the packaging said it was from.

I bought a set of 5 little sewing machine charms similar to that one from a seller on eBay here:

Great job, jennie!  Turquoise and red/coral is one of my most recent fave color combos, so I'm TOTALLY in love with this Smiley

I love love love the color selection. It looks great!
How do you wrap the wire with your beads? Everytime I do it, it looks really messy and gross. Is there a tutorial you learned from?
