So I love hot topic! One of my favorite stores however the prices they charge get in the way of me buying things. So $60 for boots? Not happening.
These are the boots I want to make. If anyone can help please do. Thanks!

I'd try thrift and Salvation Army stores for black boots, and then buy chainsfrom the craft store. I bet you can find sheet rubber (hardware store?) to platformize them. Also, go to discount clothing stores (thrift and T.J.Maxx-type) and look at belts for the straps. Good luck!
