I made this costume in a week.  I made everything from scratch but the shirt.  But I did cut, color and paint it.  The skirt was made with 12 piece of paper and tape.

Super freaking cute! I'm amazed that isn't all fabric. What sort of paper did you use for the skirt?

it is made of fabric, I used paper to make the pattern.  Then I cut it out of fabric
