Its summer and  have been bored lately. So i whipped up this dress in 5 mins. Used a tank top as a pattern and just sewed the sides together. The belt isnt attached because I feel like I can do more with it. So in the meantime the scrap piece will do.







Its not really finished. No hemming. Nice and raw.(But i think I like it that way) Plus it turned out way shorter than I intended. Any suggestions on how to fix that?


Oh and the dress can be turned around. Very versatile!

cute!  i think you should put a band or ruffle around the bottom but reverse fabrics so on the blue side the patterned fabric is the band (or ruffle) and vice versa.  make sense? it'd just give it a little more contrast.
