In the Rodent Revolution 2 swap, my partner requested something papercrafted for her part of the package.  Cue me panicking a bit!  What to do?  What to make?  Eep!  And then while going through her wist, I caught sight of a cute little owl she had wisted (from someone here on Craftster!)  Hmm ... after printing it out, using my craft knife to make pattern pieces, I then transferred the pattern onto thicker cardstock and cut those out.  The cut outs became the "frame" for the strips of magazine that I cut out to make the little guy colorful.

Anyway, here he is. Smiley

It's so cute! I like how the shapes are simple, and the magazine adds texture.
