I took my son to the waterpark for the first time, and made him a hooded towel/poncho thing to wear.
The fabric is a 'timeless treasures' fabric, and I appliqued a bunch of fishy's on it!
There is a snap thing at the neck, he has a giant head so I wanted to make it fit over his head without making the neckhole huge. (and I love my new snap pliers!)
He was asleep when I made it so it came out too long, I am going to add some snaps so it doesnt drag until he grows (if he ever does, he will be 3 in a couple weeks and is only 33" tall and 24lbs!)

Here he is anouncing himself:

Aw! Your son is so cute! "I'm at the waterpark, I'm named Levi!"  Adorable. Smiley

The towel poncho is a great idea!!! keeps the sun off them, drys them off, and they look so cute! Great idea!!

very cute!

Now I know why people think my son is 3 or 4 instead of 2! He's 33" tall and 30lbs...

Thats a much more 'normal' size for a 2yr old, Levi is just a super tiny guy (it is partially b/c of his food allergies and he is vegetarian, and no dairy)
